I had a credit on my Dell preferred account that got hung up in their system for three months. I sent an email through the Dell Financial website asking about it and the credit was issued within three days. If you don't see it soon, go there and ask them about it. Don't forget that Dell Financial is semi-seperate from Dell and communication issues between the two can occur.
