Oh yes! Our other two are 7 and 4 and they climb on each other. When our middle child was two, he fell off his sister and broke his arm. Bones breaking is the NASTIEST sound in the world.

We have a fence around our tree, I wish I had an extra to take with us to all the Christmas parties!!!!!!

When my older kids were little I secured the tree to the wall with a plant hanger. Unlike boys my daugter is fairly gentle when she undecorates the tree!

BTW: I still have our halogen pole lamps plant-hangered to the wall. Those things get nasty hot and could cause burns or start a fire if knocked over.
