How can I create a CAB file?

Or is there any other possibility to get a created program running by just clicking on an icon?

(I can start the program (which I created with a JVM) using the command line)

depends on what you're creating the cab file for. microsoft distribues a variety of cab file makers, such as cabwiz. cabwiz is generally used to create theme files, however (which are just cab files renamed to .tsk). visual studio .net has a cab file generator built in when building mobile applications, so you cvan generate cab files from a menu button.

You can create a shortcut by connecting using ActiveSync, tapping on Explore, navigating to your program file, right clicking on it and creating a shortcut. Then copy the shortcut into \Windows\Start Menu and you can hit start then the shortcut to run the program. If you are wanting to run from a SD Card, see the notes in the http://www.aximsite.com/boards/showthread.php?t=117091. There is code in that that executes a .cab file to load the .netcf upgrade.
