well, it says

local device's adress: 192.168.1.102

Which it is. But then you're doing port address translation on your router.


10.x.x.x
172.16.x.x - 172.31.255.255
192.168.x.x
are all not routed on the public internet, hence the reason for your router translating.
RFC1918 talks all about it :)
