Went with friends on a road trip when I was 18, got married and moved to
another state; it was years before they met her. I'm very close with all my family still.
boarding school at age 15, finished there the parents threw me out at 19.. went to bootcamp (USMC) discharged after 2 months back to mom and dad turned 21 back out for good.. turned 26 moved back to germany..
Hmm, well I'm 28 and still live at home contributing to the family's finances, which is working out. I'm a grad student and have a dog, so the extra dog-sitting comes in handy ;)

Left home to join the U.S. Army at age 18. Spent four years on active duty. Work at Beneficial finance in Overland Park, KS for less than a year while serving in the reserves. Served 8 years in the reserves. Entered college in 1983 and joined ROTC while there. Married a lovely young women while attending college. Went back on active duty until 1993.
During this large span of time, I lived in barracks, apartments, dormitories, rent trailers, and houses. I have owned a couple of homes since then.
Moved out at 18 and back in at 25 after my divorce so I could save some money and finish school. I moved back out at 27. LIving at home was a pleasure for me and my parents. We all get along great. My family has always welcomed members into their home as long as they were enhancing the living situation and not destroying it.
