Anyone know if there are any programs out there that let you track the usage of certain programs? Say, like, one would want to know when someone used firefox or openoffice and for how long?

It can be easily written... a simple "TSR" that watches for certain processes and logs the date/time started/stopped

WSH can do this, but I'm not a WSH programmer. I've done similar in KiXtart.

Don't Panic!

The freeware UpTime Meter can do that. It will create a report with all that information.

Update: This is a PPC program not for the desktop.
