You are correct in that when someone calls, they never get to talk to someone who is fluent in English. Heck, I'd be happy just to be able to understand them. In the future, I will be utilizing HP for pda's.
Which does bring up another question: has anyone had any experience with HP units running WM5? Do they have the same issues as the Axims? Just curious.

Had to call HP support on March 26 for the replacement of a bad power cord.
:realmad: I think they are using the same East Indian support company as Dell. What a bad time it is when you can't communicate. I speak 3 languages, and I thought I was an expert on broken english; but Indian-English is impossible to decipher. I had to answer every question by going over almost every single word many times. What a shock it was.
An example of how they communicated the letter "T".
"No, D like Die, Gardt." (Tiger). ARGH
