Word to the wise: HP SUPPORT NOT ANY BETTER

You are correct in that when someone calls, they never get to talk to someone who is fluent in English. Heck, I'd be happy just to be able to understand them. In the future, I will be utilizing HP for pda's.

Which does bring up another question: has anyone had any experience with HP units running WM5? Do they have the same issues as the Axims? Just curious.
Had to call HP support on March 26 for the replacement of a bad power cord.

:realmad: I think they are using the same East Indian support company as Dell. What a bad time it is when you can't communicate. I speak 3 languages, and I thought I was an expert on broken english; but Indian-English is impossible to decipher. I had to answer every question by going over almost every single word many times. What a shock it was.

An example of how they communicated the letter "T".

"No, D like Die, Gardt." (Tiger). ARGH

cause they didn't knows what is really happening at Hp they would just by a report for the customer

Advice: Use email support... you may think it's slower, but at least you can understand what they're saying. Less headaches traded off for more time. Sorry to hear about your problems. I brought an X30 Basic and sent an email that I want to return it and get the X30 Mid instead. Worked out beautifully. Rep told me not to worry about the 30 day limit since when i contacted her she said it was below it.

I will never again buy anything from Dell for sure.
