Powerpoint to DVD

I made a powerpoint presentation for my brother for his 40th birthday, sort of a "this is your life" thing. How do you convert it to DVD? My brother called someone and IF I bring in my laptop, they will do it for $100 for the first copy and $13 for additional copies. Any suggestions on how to do it myself?

Thanks

once you make an mgeg out of it, most dvd burning software like Nero and roxio have a mastering product to make a dvd out of it

You could also export to pictures (can be done by using save as in power point) and then make a slideshow with a dvd slideshow program (again try google), but with this method you would lose transitions and effects

Do you have a video camera with an s-video connections and does your laptop have s-video. If so you can configure your camcorder to record your laptop screen while playing the powerpoint. Then convert from camcorder to DVD.
