Well, there is an actual mileage sign on one of the highways that places houghton 2 miles past the end of the earth. It is in the Northern Peninsula, about 2 hours west of Marquette. It is very cold right now.
I think the only problem with the signature is how true it is. Yeah, there's some alright chicks here, but the ratio of guys to girls is about 4 to 1. Not the place to go if you're looking for love. (unless you're a chick, then you'll have plenty of choices, and they'll be engineers making lots of money.)
