Looks like the Webis Website got hacked.

We meet again.
I just went to Webis. I was going to look for some information.
I just came back and was going to post but you beat me to the punch.
I really thought I had gotten onto a fake webis site.
Quickly found out it was real.

Ah Well ... Hopefully they can get things up and running again. Looks like they just inserted a page into the main site. The backend database is still fine and hasn't been touched as the forums are still up and running, as is the product pages.

Should be an easy fix by the looks of it. :)

It looks like WebIS may have a splash page outside their firewall and that is where the page was inserted.

usually when a website is hacked it's not 100% comprimised, so there's still a chance that everyone's data is ok.
