Have you ditched your CD player for an mp3 plyaer or your axim?

yes, i have a minidisc player and i will hopefully use my axm when i get a memory card for it

I would, but my cdplayer can read MP3 encoded discs..... that is much more than the 2 256mb cards I have can hold......

it is also easier to swap for new tunes that way.

I use both. your my music at home I use Super audio cd so I still use my cd player. I don't use my portable anymore, that's where my ax took over!!

I still have both for the car. The CD ialso reads MP3 discs also but I think that it's crapping out on me, shouldn't have bought that cheap model Emerson :p .
I am moving over to use my Axim exclusivly, love it for audiobooks!

Yes I still use a cd player. Just got a van 6 months ago that has a cd player, so I burn my own and play them as I travel to work and back.

Of course, I listen to mp3's on my Axim

Since I got my Ax, my cd/mp3 RioVolt has been gather dust on my bookshelf.

i also have a cd player in my car, a Pioneer 7300, of course the new model allows mp3/wma playback, and since i burn most of my audio cd's from mp3 anyway, i'm definitely thinking of upgrading

i wanted to say that i use my cd player as a paper weight...but with the axim...i really have no need for paper... :D this is the best thing in the world...
