Does anyone know of any sites, or any web software that you can use to make a site for Video Gaming Clans and such.

The features I am looking for are:
-Area to make Squads/Clans
-Ability for Users to self register and join/make own clans
-Sometype of Calander/Event Maker


Project for a friend I am working on and I am having a hard time coming up with sometype of CMS/Website software to use to do this kind of thing.

You can look at PHP nuke.. they are easy to deploy.
