Hey everyone! I know that Dell support gets slammed for poor service. But I just wanted to pass along a GREAT experience with a Great Sales Rep: Chad Carter. Even though I knew what I wanted to order, he didn't just clerk the sale! He was very interested in the sale and helping me out. But the one thing that I noticed that stood out in my mind is FOLLOW-UP! He called every time he said he would, and did everything he promised. If anyone out there needs to contact a really good Dell Sales Person, I would highly recommend Chad Carter.
