Good Customer Service? Yea Right

Hi,
i ordered my Dell Axim X5 last night, hoping that i would receive a confirmation email today but i have not received anything. I phoned Dell up, and went through the switchboard system and spoke to a operator. I gave him my internet reference number (i haven't even got a customer number or order number yet!!) and he said that a representative would contact me to confirm it via email today. I went to phone them up again at half past 5, and got 'Dell Customer Service is currently closed'. Yay! Another bloomin' thing to wind me up.

And, i have yet to receive the confirmation email!

I have to deal with AOHell's Customer Support, and they are even better than Dells'! Someone get a grip!

Does anyone know how long the Axim X5's order time typically takes? From start to finish?

Help Would Be Appreciated!

Been a few months, but as I recall, I had confirmation within 24 hours and the receipt of my Ax before Dell told me it had been shipped.:)

Be patient, dont just storm mad at dell, they have there ups and downs.

Dell has millions of people to attend to, Ive had my good experiences and my bad from dell, but i always think to myself how many people they have to attened to.;)
