Hi,
i ordered my Dell Axim X5 last night, hoping that i would receive a confirmation email today but i have not received anything. I phoned Dell up, and went through the switchboard system and spoke to a operator. I gave him my internet reference number (i haven't even got a customer number or order number yet!!) and he said that a representative would contact me to confirm it via email today. I went to phone them up again at half past 5, and got 'Dell Customer Service is currently closed'. Yay! Another bloomin' thing to wind me up.

And, i have yet to receive the confirmation email!
I have to deal with AOHell's Customer Support, and they are even better than Dells'! Someone get a grip!
Does anyone know how long the Axim X5's order time typically takes? From start to finish?
Help Would Be Appreciated!
