Woot is a "one a day" sale site that sells one item at 1am eastern time every night. Tuesdays are 2 items for one sale. It's a great site that has sold out damn near EVERYDAY. I love it!

I'm on the west coast, so new Woots are at 10PM, which is nice for Woot Offs. Easier to outlast the competition when those bag of craps come around, heh.

I have my Axim (on the bedside table) remind me every day at 1:00 a.m. EST (midnight central). I always leave the WiFi on, so it is online and I can just load the woot.com page immediately. Okay, I'm addicted. Where's my Bride Of Chucky?

My wife used to ask me to check it when I was online and she was not. I think she lost interest in it.......so I did too!

I rarely check anymore.

I ordered two of those hard drives when they offered it two times ago (this is the third time I have seen this particular offer).
One for me and one for my dad. $5 shipping total for both was great.
I check most days, but not at 1 am EST. I check around 7 am MST.

One of the joys of living on the Left coast (of the US) is that Woot brings out it's precious goodies at a more reasonable 10pm instead of 1am eastern time (or midnight at woot headquarters...)

OH, and Woot is a porno site, but they don't have naked women or anything like that, just deals that keep you coming back again and again. If you don't like what you see, then just try again the next day.

Woot is great. I've bought several items, the latest being the "Hammock Chair of Death - Two-Pack". Two chairs that retail for about $130 for $29.99 for a bundle of two! (Each Tuesday it Two-For Tuesday. You buy everything in a 2-pack.)

My wife is totally addicted and checks each night. Also, I'm a west coaster, so 10 p.m. is a bit easier on the lifestyle.
