The Click N' Run pay service thing annoyed the heck out of me. Seems stupid to pay for software when the OS is built upon Debian Linux ... Synaptic (Apt) can get the software just as easy.

Linux for nubs = Linspire. (No offense to anybody) ... but I think the OS was designed as a way to milk money from people who don't know any better. Kudos to them for trying to make Linux accessible to the average user ... but charging money for The Gimp when every other distribution includes it for free, to me seems like robbery.

NO its a contradiction!!! - You've been around ABF too much eric.

ABF I think you need to realise the time scales companies like these work on

bah, linspire is very possibly the worst linux distro I've tried, and I've tried close to 30. if you want a big, easy to install distro (notice I said easy to install, not to use. rpm based distro's are almost never easy to use) then suse or fedora has you covered. linspire tries WAY too hard to be like windows, and ends up failing at it as well.
