My dell story *sigh*

All right, heres my story:

Christmas morning, i wake up and go downstairs with my younger sibs to see what we got. (im 18, but i still get the goods :approve: )
So i open up my gift and its the dell axim x51 520! i was estatic. one of the first things i tried to do was to surf the web on my wireless network. i couldnt get it to work, but it was my first day right? gimme a break. next i tried to access my computer to at least stream music. No luck. Frustrating. i poked around a few days and nothing would make the wifi work. bt was great. no wifi. when i was messing with the processor and i set it to full speed. it went to 416. odd huh. so we went back to my dads reciept and it said 520. Hmmm. We paid for the 520 and recieved the 416. What a load of crap. so we called them and they blamed us for paying the wrong amount! they said we should have paid for the 416. we asked to be transferred to a manager, and they hung up. HUNG UP. we called the next day and got the same treatment. they said they wouldnt take it back, its our fault!!!
So we sold the 416 to my gma and paid for the 520 AGIAN and got it TWO WEEKS LATER.
I am not happy with dell.
Not at all.

did u just realize now? you have 30 days to return it. if you don't figure out in the first 30 days you got the wrong product I think it is your fault

No i didnt just realize it now, I just didnt post it until now but ya dell refused to honor the 30 days or anything. they just blamed everything on me. sigh.

Well for one... think of Dell Support as "idiots" if you will.

Sometimes/Always it will require calling more then 15 times and 5 or 6 "different" customer service departments and speaking to the Super Supreme Ultimate God-like Manager and sometimes yelling at them like they are bastard children...

I think they like the abuse.
