My shouldbe list was so long last month, last week, yesterday....
so I don't post it, I just look at my "tasks" in my Axim and
I decide to just read all the other people's shouldbes. Yeah, that helps me accomplish a lot.

It's ok, really it is, just take some long deep breaths and do some stretches at your desk, and I promise, it will pass.
The work will wait; friends and family will still be there; you won't lose too much weight by not eating; you will sleep tomorrow. Think of the power of all of us avoiding our shouldas. Together we form a club of grand procrastinators accepting each other as healthy, fully functioning fluffs.
