I recently ordered a couple of dell batterys.

It would seem that the order, consisting of only three batterys is still subject to the two week machine building delay. and will take 2 -3 weeks to deliver/arrive.

Admitidly i'm used to the supreme turn around time of Amazon.

This seems kinda stupid, someone only has to pick three batterys off the shelf, stick em in a box and send them on. . . why should it take two+ weeks.

Its prolly wrong. I ordered a x51v on monday may 8th with GPS option and it told me it would be shipped on the 16th but they both shipped out the same day. I think they just throw that date out there just incase something happends to cover their butts and they can say with 100% accuracy that they never missed a shipping date....that tends to happen when they over shoot the actual shipping date by 2 weeks eh?
