Nope, not weight watchers...just good ol fashion calorie counting & exercise. And the occasional slim fast :)

I have a slim fast every morning during the week. Getting up at 5AM, my body doesn't want much to eat. Keeps mew going till lunch time. :)

I make my own using the powder. The canned stuff doesn't taste very good to me.
