It is some type of interferance that comes of the speakers, and for some reason, just like you said, only when music is playing (or sounds are playing), and with the scroll.
The solution I have found is turning off the computer, unplugging the PSU for awhile, then plugging it back in. This seems to reground the board. Also, try unplugging the speakers and rubbing your fingers across the connectors, this will ground out any static in the lines.
Those are just a few things I have found to help

cant be mobo grounding. i opened the case and checked. the standoffs are firmly secured to the nutral strip of the board, the port ground is in place and not bent, the gound wire is in place. after i get done with my update (maybe in 2-3 hours) i will disconnect the psu. also it rules out mosture becouse i got new speckers yesterday and i gave my mom my old ones for her computer..
