Mad Yay! Got my Eten M600...Boooooo

I can't believe my luck finally change. With all the gadgets I own, I don't believe I ever received DOA, ever....

Well, yesterday got my new toy, the Eten M600... Oh joy!!!!:approve:

Long story short....battery is not holding any charge! So unless I have 30 mile long AC adaptor, I can't go anywhere with my Eten! Oh, the frustration of it all!!!

First impression, I really like this PDA phone. The size is just perfect for a PDA phone, and the screen is awesome (well not as good as VGA, but very bright). Base on my couple of hours playing the Eten, I say it's a keeper... I hope.

So, I'm going to try to resolve this rather than looking for a different device.

Anyway, new battery should be here by tommorow. Hopefully it's the battery and not the contact point on the device.

hope to give a full review of this baby when I get the battery to work.

I gotta give props to GBTMobile.com for great customer service... :approve:

I really like the device, and so far WM5 seems to be cooperating. I installed all the essentials (PI, PB, WA2, etc.), and no lockups yet.

I haven't tried bluetooth yet, as I never find bluetooth headset too appealing. I might try it with this one as it's a more appropriate device to use bluetooth with.

I still can't get over with this thing not working... sigh.

Hi Ecks, you just can't sell me anything with a "mini" keyboard... ;)

Nothing agains the Kjam, or anything similar for that matter. I personally just don't find it useful.

The Eten M600 is a great device. The more I see it, the more I'm glad I got it, which make it worst for me because I would really love to be using it right now.

Oh well, just got to stick with my Axim + Razr combo. Which in reality, is really not a bad deal... :D
