I have Public Beta running a Dell 600m Laptop. It had all the drivers for all devices. Even Bluetooth. It does recognize my X50V and I can transfer music to it, but have not figured out how to sync Outlook Data with Office Beta 12. Not sure if it is even possible. But it is pretty nice, but people are correct it takes a lot of RAM.

Please note that this is NOT warez, since one, it is public, and two, you will still need a key from Microsoft.
Also, this is the 32bit version.

P.S. You for those without DVD burners, simply mount the DVD with a free program called MagicDisk. (google it) Install it, and it will reboot by itself. You might say that after it reboots, the DVD is no longer mounted, but thats OK. All neccesary setup files are copied before the first reboot.

I did all of this thru XP since like build 5308. Oh yeah. If you want a dual boot, make a new partition, but if doing it thru XP, make sure you choose Clean Install. However, make sure you select the second partition, or you'll end up with only Vista.

Simply mount it as I said before.

P.S. You are mounting on XP, or another OS as clarification

Anyone else having problems syncing? I can't even get it to recognize my x30 as anything other than an mp3 player :(

I downloaded and installed Vista 64 bit on my notebook. I used my own download manager, because the link with the built-in download manager kept showing as busy. Glad I did though, because it was downloading at over 600 kps the entire time. I also downloaded Office 2007.

Overall, it's a nice package, but there are few things that I don't like:

-Can't get it to sync with my X51v. It sometimes connects, sometimes doesn't. Even when connected, however, I can't access the files.
-Some drivers are not yet available (I'm still looking) - audio, SD card reader, and modem.
-Not a whole lot of compatible antivirus software. I tried one of the trial recommended ones, but it was terrible. Symantec has one, but I need to get a serial from the corporate edition at the office.

Not sure whether I'm glad I installed or not - it runs well, but still lack way too much functionality to be viable.

Yah downloaded it (32 bit) too. But not sure whether I'm installing it anytime soon.
