ABF ... go back to the Windows V. OSx arguement thread. You have a much better chance of finding support in that battle than you do in a battle that proclaims the Ipod sucks.
The rest of the arguement however is a no brainer. DRM in general sucks. Not just iTunes DRM, but all of the DRM in music. Apple can't be blamed for DRM.
Now, realistically if the Ipod sucks so bad ... why is is almost all the other companies have been sent cease and desist orders for copying the Ipod interface? Why is it they all have nearly identical interface controls?
Why oh why do people insist upon complaining that the Ipod is a POS? Do people still not get the concept that it can play MP3 files just like all the other MP3 devices out there? You don't have to buy music from iTunes to be able to use the iPod ....
