Expresso promotes sleep? How's 'bout a turkey sandwich on rye with stuffing and cranberry sauce, little mayo too?
Perhaps a Long Island duck platter with rice, soft shell crab salad over fresh spinach and some warmed walnut sauce?
Or, set the alarm for 0500 hours daily, sleep'll come early in the evening even if lying on Jones Beach listening
to the breakers beating the white sands of Long Island.
Then, apple pie, warmed, with a scoop of vanilla ice cream perhaps with a drizzle of Hershey's chocolate syrup.
