I wonder...
I buy music online. By law an online purchases are refundable if the client is dissatisfied. What if I don't like the tune I purchased? What the law says on this subject?
Here the law says that every online purchase is refundable within 7 days as long as the product is returned in its original package and the there was no use of the product.

What are your thoughts?

Listening constitutes use. Downloading uses resources from the supplier's standpoint, and the artists/distributors have right for recompense if you use their copyrighted material. If you have downloaded music and listened to it, and found it lacking, consult the policies of the service you downloaded from, and go from there.

I would try it... I love seeing that software that you can buy and if you dont like it they refund you... You are on the honour system to not use the key they sent you anymore!
