Oh, thanks for filling me up on Mr. Harper. My impression of him was provided by a fairly biased source, but I generally got the impression that he was a Blair type - OK in his own right, but made Bush-like by, well, Bush.

Well, you see, they flip the switch on the Carl Rove Havoc Wreaking machine from "Black-seeking hurricane" to "Voter Disenfranchisement." Then, even if the state and local governments are democrat-controlled, the poor and the minorities won't get to vote.
