My battery seems to last a while. I want to say I can get 60 minutes of playback @ 3 days with medium usage for talking before the battery needs a recharge.

My display brightness is pretty low. Display timeout = 1 minute and back light = 20 seconds.

I've never listened long enough to see how long the battery would last.

I am imagining, walking around town wearing my cool BT headset, listening to mp3's, music pauses for me to take a call, I'm talking on my phone while making an appointment in my scheduler, I then disconnect the phone only to have my music start playing again for me. All one unit, and one headset.

It worse came to worse, I would use an Ipod + smartphone via 1 BT headset.

I love my axim and plan to keep it forever, but doesn't the alternative sometimes seem better.
Yea, but when you get something like that going, you lose the Flavor that makes Axim's Axmi's!
