Not that I'm going to have a chance to use it. MrsPsionandy mentioned that one of those palm thingies would be useful for her to mark dates, appointments and contacts on, so When I saw a very good deal on some Palms I thought I'd suprise her.
She wasn't sure if she'd use an axim enough to justify the price (and then she'd feel guilty for not using it) So this seemed just the thing.
(I think she's just found hearts and sollataire on it )

Hey, I bought my lady a smartphone! She doesn't use the TCPMP I installed, though. She was expressing interest in a phone upgrade and an .MP3 player at the time, so I thought, "Why not?"
I keep offering to buy my wife any similar type of electronic organizer/smartphone but she likes to carry a book style calendar. Nice of you to get her into the gadget world.

I have a special place in my heart for wives that LET their husbands buy gadgets.. lol
I bought my wife an X30h (ok, retired from me.. but still!) .. and she played games on it for a while then stopped using.. it died from lack of use I think.. anyway then I got her an x50v and she doesnt use it.

My wife is the same way - prefers to write everything down in her planner. It works for her though.

IMO Palm OS works well.
though about it... but the fact that there was an 85% discount on the TE made it too hard to pass up. And it probably wouldn't be surfing the web anyway (although Bluetooth would have been nice.
Her SD card arrives on tuesday....
