Verry Bad experience so far with Dells ordering.
They have resorted (as all big companies) to using semi-exclusive automated systems to deliver information regarding ordering and shipping information to their customers. Unfortuntely, this automated system is useless and has caused me much frustration. Emails to Dell are useless as they only seem to cut and paste responses and never seem even remotely interested in your problem. God forbid I make somebody work while they are at work. You call and get placed on hold for 10min and then the guy who finally answers doesn't give a damn and transfers you to the wrong department.

I have had good experience in the past with Dell, so either times have changed or Dell is able to offer such good prices on Axim's by hiring chimps instead of homosapiens to deal with their customers.

I will honestly think hard in the future whether to reconsider Dell for my technical needs.

Dell Ordering Process = Annoying and prone to glitches
Dell Axim = wonderful and worth the bother.

Patience will be rewarded! :)

Much easier to order through your college bookstore -- academic ordering goes through a different system than regular home-use, quite painless.
