Thread a while back about free paypal money for using a service

Maybe about a month back I saw a post on here where you sign up for some service and they give you $20 for paypal if you use it once and you don't even have to win the auction on Ebay. For the life of me I can not find the thread. Can someone direct me to it please??

yes thank you so much...lookin to buy my self something for my axim, but I havntbdecided what yet and I figured I would atleast use it for the free money

And I can say it does work. I did it and no problems what so ever :)
