1. carter basically created what we know today, clinton did nothing to stop it.
2 presidents do not control the economy, the biggest factor in of our economy is in the individuals. we are the ones making individual decisions directly affecting the economy. what the president/legistrative/judical branches do is either get in the way(more taxes) or get out of the way(less taxes).

as you can see in the graph(gdp, blue line) in the later part of clintons administration the economy was on the down turn, bush inherited this, and got out of the way, and the individuals did what they did and the economy went up.
and look at all that spending, yes bush does need to do something about spending. but once again if you notice the graph(debt) this whole thing of going into debt started with the war on poverty(democrat), when the government went from protecting freedoms to a welfare state. when are we gonna pull out of that war?
3. see comment on bush's lack of vetoing in #2, with one correction, revenues went up, it's just that spending went up at a greater rate.
4. well you are making it very very VERY hard to fight the war on islamo fascists. you just want power back and will do anything(regardless of the consequences) to get it back.
5. john kerry and murtha: are considered cowards by the fellow men who served with them. name another democrat who served that repubs call cowards?
