Here's one vote for the voucher system. If the gov't can't run a school at the level of its own extremely low standards, give me my tax money back so I can get some real larnin' for my kids.

Actually wouldn't in general it be better on that graph for the % GDP to go down, since it is the percentage of debt compared to the GDP not actually the GDP.

What I mean is if the GDP stays the same, but the debt goes up, that graph will go up.

Maybe I am missing the point of the graph though.
