I would like to write a simple visual basic application to store some data customized to my needs. Can someone spare a minute and answer these questions? I believe this will be useful for more a lot of people:

1. what program can you use to program on your desktop
2. how do you convert it to a file recognizable to your axim

Just open up Visual Studio. Then click on Smart Application and there you go.

When you first deploy with VS 2005 it will take quite a while, watch the status bar at the bottom of the screen.
