Man, Reese, you are making me hungry now. I grew up on those things. And, when I was in law school, there was one right up the street from me. We went there almost every night. :)

For anyone who does not know what a primani bros. sandwich is. Check it out here:

It's like a little slice of Heaven...topped with cole slaw, corned beef and french fries all stuck between two giant slices of bread, spilling all over your lap as you realize this thing is twice the size of your mouth.

I prefer the Cheese Combo, but I've had them all and they're fabulous. Of course, they're a tad messy with all the cole slaw they slather on top.

And their shop in the Strip District has a very cool wall mural that shows just about every Pittsburgh celebrity ever.

I love the shop in the strip! I once saw a guy sleeping on the bathroom (not clean) floor...

My understanding is that it is the best park in all of baseball. Kind of pisses off us Seattle folk who paid far more for our stadium that opened just prior to PNC.

The one in the strip was my first introduction to a Primanti sandwich. But I think my favorite location is the one in Oakland. Then again, the one in Market Square is awsome too, with a huge murale of the Pgh. sports celebs. I have been to all of the downtown locations, but none of the suburbs one (or Ft. Lauderdale). :)

Good news, it looks like my trip to PNC might be back on. Woo-hoo. I haven't been to Pittsburgh in years. I can't wait. :)

I like the cheesesteak, but pastrami is a close second.

Their fries with cheese beat out the O for my friend.

DAMN YOUR CHEESESTEAKS, come to atl where you can eat.... um..... I don't think we have a nationally recognized dish actually now that I think about it.......

that's a nice view you got there, and it's a great view of the ppg. I've always loved that building.

Yes, JMJ, my hometown of Pittsburgh, a fine example of culinary excellence, where we strive to put as much between two pieces of bread as is humanely possible. :)

Jon, I has all but forgotten about the O. Another favorite hot spot. That was right across the street from the law school. So, many late night "dinners" as you can imagine. Delicious. :)
