I don't have any notebook or desktop computers that run on Intel processors. But I do plan on getting a MacBook at some point after Vista is commercially released (and probably waiting till Leopard is released as well) and dual-booting Vista and Leopard....
I'm not in any huge hurry... I might wait for some kind of Merom + Leopard + Vista combination. Or maybe even Penryn + ... :)

the "I use linux, don't care one bit about vista" option is the one for me.
my specs:
2.8ghz prescott @3.5ghz
abit aa8xe
2x512mb corsair valueram
evga 6600gt
2x80gb sata western digital
1x300gb sata maxtor
antec true550 550w psu
samsung 16x dvdrw
dell 2005fpw
it's about 1.5 years old, I'm currently working to get a laptop. thinking something like the dell xps1210 because it's got merom cpu, and can output to my monitor so at home I'll use it like that, and on the go it'll be really small and convenient.
Previous PDAs: Palm M500, Toshiba e335, Axim X50v (run over by car To view links or images in signatures your post count must be 10 or greater. You currently have 0 posts. )
I set up my PC to dual boot between the Vista beta 2 and XP Pro and then over the weekend I upgraded the beta to RC1. I have a AMD 3400 with 1 gig of memory and lots of hard drive space. My video card is a 256 meg PCI Express Nvidia card. I like Vista right now as an unfinished product but it does run somewhat slow and it needs to be fixed to run the games I like.
i use RC1 (dualboot with XP prof) on my asus terminator with 1 gb memory and prescott 3Ghz and nVidia card...works fine all hardware found when not i used XP drivers and it works:)
but i can't synchronize AXIM tried to use drivers from AS 4.2 but not go:(

Hmm... Mine could run it but there's no way I'm paying that much money for the Ultimate when I know that I won't be using all of the features that are in the Ultimate edition.
I am going to sit this one out for awhile. Vista is going to have to do a serious sales job on me to get me to go through another O/S upgrade any time soon. XP Pro has been incredibly stable and I'm just flat tired of upgrading everything all the time. My systems with all my development tools, office suites and web-authoring tools are absolutely rock-solid the way they are. I'll go to Vista when I buy a new machine - which won't be for awhile.
