How to create smaller windows than full-screen?
Guys,

I'm using Visual Basic 2005 .net to write an application that I need for myself. However, I'd like to be able to create windows that are not full-screen much like the one I attached at the bottom of the post...

I haven't been able to find any information about how to do it on the MSDN site. Can anyone give me pointers?
