my brand new westerndigital hdd is showing 95% perfomance, also speedfan reports that 1 of the smart attibutes is off. is this something i should be worrying about? also what does speedfan report when it says hdd "perfomance" and has the little bar gragh?

The HDD records statics while it runs. Spin up spin down etc.

I dont know how accurate it is anymore. My 6month old seagate reports 25% but everything is good. I guess if anything is red consider it bad. But otherwise I think it drops every time it has a red. I have 3 or 5 years of warranty on mine so it doesn't really bug me.

u can try waiting more then 22min before bumping the thread
