Since I am old enough to pick out my own presents and I have enough computer and PDA gear to start serious Divorce discssions I decided I would endulge myself with my next love.
Very nice, I'm trying to determine what my next firearm purchase will be. I currently have a beretta .40 and a benelli 12ga. shotgun. I'm thinking I'd like a revolver or or rifle next, I dunno. Anyway, I'm sure you'll have some fun with that one, 14 .45 rounds!?
Loved it... My first box of ammo was 44 specials, which when fired made a faint popping sound and didn't have enough "oomph" to even throw back the slide. I then got some hot loads, and then a very satisfing "Kaboom" and foot of flame coming from the barrel.
hehehehehhehe

Holy moly, we got my roommate a springfield 1911 .45 for graduation and we went out playin with that. I think it only had 9 rounds, but I couldn't get through even those without stopping and resting my arms. I was suprised by the kick. And suprise suprise, I couldn't hit the broad side of a barn. Nice hardware though. Happy birthday.

Fortunately for me, I own no firearms. I drive the streets and expressways of the Orlando (angriest city in America, apparently) metro area; it would only be a matter of time before I became tempted enough to bring it along. And then you would hear about it on the evening news.
P.S. Angriest because people come down here and drive like they don't care if they get a ticket. Not to mention the retirees who used the wonderful transit systems of the larger cities then decided to learn how to drive at age 75.
Lived in South Carolinafor a few month, '64, Paris Island, M1911 45 caliber, great!
Lived in North Carolina, 64' thru '68, Camp Lejeune, M1911 45 caliber, greater!
