Yeah. In my town where the Democratic mayor was re-elected with 75% of the vote, there is about one shooting every two years at the biggest of the three public high schools... drugs, alcohol, knives are miniscule compared to that... (yes, I know, they all cause death - guns just somehow more dramatic)

So yeah, I'm glad I go to the private school. To where a kid two years ago brought a shotgun... so that he could go duck hunting after school...
