All England needs is:

1. A goalkeeper who can kick the ball
2. Defenders that can stop the opposing strikers
3. Midfielders who can distribute quality ball
4. Strikers who can score goals

Unfortunately, England appears to have none of the qualities required in any of the departments. :O

Yup, that's sad but true. Number 3 is the one that has been a sore spot for so long it's crazy - they've had top-class keepers, solid defenders, very good strikers, but midfielders who distribute effectively and create goals - always a big hole ...
