Do your homework, learn what you could expect would earn with your experience, for that position, for that area. When they ask you about salary, reply,
"I am ready to hear your offer for compensation."
Then shut-up and listen. Give the 'hot potato' back to them. Only after they fall silent should you counter-offer, and follow it up with a why you deserve that amount.
Be well informed, both about salary, and the potential company. Research! A great resource for preparing for an interview is the 6th chapter of Sun Tzu's AoW.

Under NO circumstances should you buy him ANYTHING. It would be exceedingly unethical. Let's take this scenario. He comes out for the interview and you buy him lunch. You then get the job, and the guy who did not get the job finds out you bought the guy lunch. It reeks of undue influence. It may not be undue influence, but it is the appearance of impropriety that matters here.

Do Not Buy Him Anything!!

As for your other points, these are all negotiable items. Don't mention them in the interview unless he brings them up. After he offers you the job, you can negotiate anything you need to. You may not get it, but at least you can ask.
