Please help. My CPU won't trottle down after I did a Audio, Video, and Bios update from Compaq and now my CPU stays stuck at 67, 80, 88, or 87% always. Please help.

this may be unrelated, but did you install the cool and quiet driver? Does your chip even support cool n' quiet? I need more info than AMD 3500+

I finally got it to work but Windows Task Manger does work still but o well. T
