i just upgraded my asrock 775dual vista from bios 1.50 to 1.90. in the prosses of going through the bios and restoring my settings i noticed that there is an option for spread spectrum and i dont remember what it was set to before. my question is - should i set it to auto, enable or disable? currently i have it at disable.

also, my hdd is set for no spead spectrum and during the short period ofd time that spread spectrum was enabled by defult could it have damaged anything?

and one more thing, after i updated i heard some "clicking" nosises from inside my computer - is that bad? at this time i cant hear the clicking anymore...
