I heard about this, can I sue mcdonalds for not recieving what was pictured in the #3 choice? I got some soggy limp thin as paper "hamburger" that was dripping in oil and some waffer textured buns. what I saw in the picture was like a dream, nice and juicy(not oil) plump meat patty with a moist and fluffy bun. can I sue mcdonalds for it calling it's main dish a hamburger?

I am glad we are not clogging up the court system with crimes and stuff and we wisely use it to sue Kraft foods for there PURPOSFUL lack of avocado!

On the other hand, or in defense of Kraft, I think Kraft are the inventors of individually wrapped slices of cheese (which probably have higher avocado, and lower cheese, count than the product in the aspiring class-action suit). That invention is probably the greatest in mankind's history - so I'm willing to forgive them a lot ....
