That is probably one of the most retarded things I have ever heard. It is almost as bad as a person calling a snowman a religious symbol the other day. I actually heard someone say that.

Besides the fact that having religious symbols around is no big deal, the santa hat isn't even a religious symbol. That's like saying I don't believe in ghosts or witches or frankenstein, so nobody can dress up during halloween because I find it offensive. I also don't believe people can be so stupid and I find it offensive, so they should stop being so stupid.

Jees, I guess the kid would have been offended by the NFL Cheerleaders dressed in "Santa" cheerleader outfits over the weekend. Or maybe even the Heidi Klum commercial for Victoria's Secret.

Last year, I read about a 6 year old boy who was expelled from school for kissing a girl on the play ground. Are you ready for this...it was listed as 'sexual assault'. Every year, it seems that the there is someone who has to go to extremes to be EVEN MORE STUPID than their neighbor last year. This issue with the 'Santa Hat' I believe takes the cake. As a country, we may be in serious trouble, because idiots like this are allowed to vote.
