Yeah - I've carried Lord Ganesha as a silver chain medalion for five years by now.
Got it on my very first trip to Goa five years ago.
Until now I've not seen 'the real India' but I planning a couple of trips within the next few weeks :p

Since your answer I have uploaded a few extra pics - if you like :approve:
I have spend more than 15 hours on those 80+ pics by now - but glad that I've got a very good response.

OK Zaniax I so jealous BTW it is 19 degrees f with a pleasant breeze of 7 to 12 mph which gives it that comfortable feeling of about 5 f :bang:

Zaniax...with your trips coming up....please, please do be careful...try not to ride scooters there...i once saw a website named OGRISH.com and i'll never look @ traffic the same way!

Had a wonderful trip to the ancient Hambi city from about 1350.
Imagine - more than 6000 temples originally.
Met my avatar alive - well, almost :p

Have just uploaded about 30 new pic's - some from a Hindu wedding which I attended invited by my neighbors as the only european.

I'm now back again after vacations which started in july 2006

• Samos, Greece
• Alanya, Turkey
• Crete, Greece
• Canarian Islands, Spain and of course almost 3 month in
• Goa and Kanataka, India

Don't know yet where I'll go next but I've Thailand in mind - let's see :p

Thanks - Nice to be home, but it will take a little while to get used to all the snow :p

Unfortunately I had a small accident which can be seen on 'the last meal'.
Otherwise I would still be in India - nice country for tourists.

Hopefully you all like the pictures, which are somewhat destorted due to the WRRX requirements of 500k and max 800*600 pixels.

Maybe I should find another (free) picture host next time ...
