I have dealt with Dell customer service over the past few years and have always been happy but I don't think the regular Dell customer service handles the AXIM. The screen cracked on my AXIM for no apparent reason and so after 10 or so menus got to a rep that handles the AXIM but did not speak English. The phone call reminded me of "Who's on first?". She finally got it and said they would ship one out and to ship the bad one back in the same box. OK! The new one came with no return paper work or the address to ship the bad unit to. Called Dell back went through all the menu's to get to someone that sent me a pre-paid return label with instructions. In the meantime I also got a bill that was going to have to be paid if I did not return the bad one!
Anyway I still love the looks on my co-workers faces when they compare their Palms, etc. to my Dell AXIM. It is a great product and I'm sure my troubles with AXIM customer service was just a one time deal.
