Be aware

Hello,
I have funny, but sad story with happy ending (luckily)...
So, today I decided to do my loundry... I picked up clothes, put them into washing machine... After several hours washing was finished, opened the door, took clothes that were on the top... and guess what I see there - my Creative EP-630 earphones

Then I put them on the radiator, waited for some time and woohooo, it is working :approve:

The moral - take closer look to what You are putting into wasching machine...

Another nice ending to the drama.

Although my daughter's friend managed to wash her iPod Nano this weekend

The result was not as fortunate as SadiaV's :rolling:

Just don't wsh your keys.

By the way: putting your earbuds on the radiator was probably more dangerous than washing them. Next time, blow dry them with NO HEAT. Moving air is good, heat is BAD.

I just love these earphones. It fits very well under helmet, and sound is very nice.

I forgot I had my hearing aid in my shirt pocket. I tossed my clothes in the washing machine and then dryer at the hottest setting (!!!) Took out my clothes and saw my hearing aid in the drum, almost had heart attack! The battery is still inside, I put it on and amazing it still works, not only works but works better than before! Even if washing and drying improved quality of my hearing aid, it is still not highly recommended to do so.

When I read up to here, I thought "uh oh, poor poor axim" :exc:

Anyway, glad things turned out okay. I accidently put my two-way radio into the washer a couple years ago and it thankfully came out without damage. Was really tired after a day of snowboarding and I just threw the laundry in without checking thoroughly.

I once ran my cat in the washer. It was rather convinient as I saved $7 at the taxidermist because he did not have to wash him.
