Initially, I heard someone say "kinda like Marilyn Monroe." But no - it's not. Only the ages are similar, virtually everything else is different. Hopefully the media won't go this route, as it would be a disservice to Marilyn Monroe's fleeting legacy.

I pick the obvious: DRUG OVERDOSE. As MKSS mentioned, she looked or sounded stoned every time I saw her on tv.
